Your order will be paid with credit card or apple pay or AmEx you will be refunded on the same card within 7 working days or as a store credit in the app or to your bank account which will require your bank details to refund the amount and the refund to the bank account within 14 working days it depends on your choice in the Return request For the Exchange you can make a return request and make a new order with the size that you want.
